the process.
We use an “understand, create and learn” process when planning, executing and analyzing your business branding, communications and marketing.
the first step.
First up, we need to find out about your business and the projects objectives. We'll look, we'll listen and we'll ask questions about your business, because without really understanding your business and objectives we'll be unable to offer real solutions. We may need to know:
What is your business?
What is your brand?
What advertising, marketing or communications have you done in the past?
Do you have any guidelines or policies that must be followed?
What is the product or service you are offering?
What is the demographic breakdown of the target audience?
What motivates the target audience?
What benefits are you offering to the target audience over your competitors?
What media platform are you planning to use?
What is the media schedule?
What results do you want?
What is your timeline for the job?
What is your budget for the job?
